3 Turkish Soldiers Killed On Border With Syria

Three Turkish soldiers were killed overnight on Turkish-Syrian border in the Sanliurfa province of Turkey.
The incident is being investigated and the source of the gunfire is still unknown.
Provincial governor Izzettin Kucuk told The Anadolu Agency that the incident took place in the district of Ceylanpinar.
Kucuk said the source of fire could not be verified as the soldiers were guarding the border.
An investigation was immediately launched as the Syrian side of that part of the border had been a scene of fighting between ISIL and various Syrian groups.
